Brad Mart is the Founder and President of Mart Partners. His distinguished business career includes executive management positions in manufacturing, distribution, and services companies. Over his career, Brad has advised business owners and CEOs of numerous Fortune 1,000 and middle market companies. Brad has initiated and completed a wide range of engagements that have resulted in successful mergers and acquisitions, sales, and divestitures, financings, recapitalizations, and joint ventures.
Prior to founding Mart Partners, Brad was a Partner at Diamond Management Consultants, a leading management consulting firm and he worked in corporate finance at GE Capital.
Brad is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is also a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
